Refund & Return Policy

All sales through RYTHM INC Wholesale are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery by contacting us at wholesale@rythminc.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit at our discretion.

Returns Authorized returns must be requested in writing and approved by RYTHM INC Wholesale before any product is returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returned products must be in their original, unopened, and resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Credits Approved refunds will be issued as account credits toward future orders unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cash refunds are not issued.

Order Cancellations Orders may not be cancelled once submitted unless approved in writing by RYTHM INC Wholesale prior to fulfillment.
